Accounts & Payment Terms

  • All new shop applications go through a verification process.
  • First orders are on a pro forma basis. For the first order of each season full payment must be received at least 3 weeks before the requested despatch date.
  • If payment is not received on time, your order will lose its scheduled production and despatch slot. Once payment is made, we will fit your order into the next available production schedule, but we cannot guarantee immediate despatch.
  • Once a credit application is approved, future orders may be placed on a 30-day account.
  • Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date (not at the end of the following month).
  • Late payments will result in the withdrawal of credit terms.
  • Accounts with overdue balances may be referred to a credit control company at the account holder’s expense and will incur a charge of 8% above the base rate, calculated from the due date.

Carriage (UK Mainland Deliveries)

  • Orders over £500 (ex. VAT) qualify for free delivery within mainland UK.
  • Orders under £500 (ex. VAT) will be charged a £15 carriage fee.
  • If an order falls below the carriage-paid threshold due to out-of-stock items, we will contact you to discuss suitable replacements.

Selling Online

  • Helen Moore products must always be sold under our brand name.
  • We encourage you to use our official photography. If you prefer to use your own, we ask that you seek approval first.
  • To ensure the best online visibility for us both, we ask that you write your own product descriptions rather than copying ours.
  • Your website must be approved for selling Helen Moore products, and you may only sell on the agreed domain. Selling on third-party marketplaces or through affiliate links requires written approval.
  • You must ensure you hold stock of any products listed on your website.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Your first Autumn/Winter order must be at least £300.
  • To maintain your account, we expect an annual spend of £1,500. If this is not met, we may explore alternative stockists in your area.
  • Small top-up orders are welcome, but orders under £100 will incur a £10 handling charge.

Despatch & Lead Times

  • As we manufacture in the UK, orders typically leave our factory within a few days.
  • We aim to despatch within 10 working days, though this may be longer during peak seasons.
  • Orders can be despatched on a specified future date if requested.

Order Terms

  • Autumn/Winter trade orders must be placed by mid-June to retain your account in an area.
  • Confirmed orders cannot be reduced once production has started. If a reduction is necessary, a 10% handling fee may apply.
  • Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Custom colour options and styles require a minimum order quantity and incur a 5% production charge.

Payment Methods & Discounts

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card or BACS transfer (bank details provided on invoices).
  • A 3% discount is available for pro forma payments after your first order (UK Only)
  • For the first order of each season, the 3% pro forma discount applies only if full payment is received at least 3 weeks before the requested despatch date.
  • If payment is not received on time, your order will lose its scheduled production and despatch slot. Once payment is made, we will fit your order into the next available production schedule, but we cannot guarantee immediate despatch.

VAT (UK Customers)

  • VAT is charged at the current UK rate on all orders.

Damages, Shortfalls & Refunds

  • If there are any damages or shortfalls, please let us know within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are only issued for faulty items, and we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

Export Orders (Non-UK Customers)

  • Pro forma payment is required via credit/debit card or BACS transfer.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
  • If delivery is refused, any return carriage costs will be charged to the customer.

Ownership of Goods

  • All goods remain the property of A Little Bit Moore Ltd until payment is received in full.
