Accounts

All new shop applications will be subject to a verification process.
New customers will be required to pay on a pro forma basis for their first order.
On the completion and acceptance of a credit application, subsequent orders can be on a 30-day account basis.
Account payments must be paid within 30 days of invoice date (NOT at end of month following). Failure to pay within 30 days will automatically result in the withdrawal of your credit account.
Severely overdue accounts will be passed over to a credit control company at the expense of the account holder and will be charged at 8% above the base rate, commencing from the due date of the payment.

Carriage

Orders over £500 are delivered free of charge within mainland UK.
Carriage will be charged at £15 on all orders totalling less than the value above (ex. VAT).
If an order is under the carriage paid amount because items are out of stock, we will phone customers to discuss replacements.

Online Customers

When selling Helen Moore products online they must always be promoted under our brand name, and we ask that you use our photography to represent them. If you wish to use your own photography, you will need to get it approved by us.
We ask that you do not copy any of our descriptions in part or in full. Using unique text on your site will improve your search engine ranking, while copying existing text will have a detrimental effect on both of our sites.
Once we have approved your site for selling Helen Moore products you may only sell them on that domain name and may not sell them on any other site, unless approved by us in writing. You may not sell them on any third-party sites or through any other affiliate links.
You must hold stock of the items that you sell on your website.

Minimum trade order (for first order)

A minimum trade order value of £300 for your first Autumn/Winter order of the year, with an expectation of an annual spend of over £1500. We reserve the right to withdraw your account and seek other stockists in your area, if the annual spend is not achieved.
We are happy to accept small top-up orders later in the season, but orders under £100 will incur a handling charge of £10.

Despatch

As we manufacture in the UK orders often leave the factory within a few days but we aim to Usually within 10 working days or on future specified dates according to customer’s requirements. During extremely busy periods, when demand is very high, this may be longer.

Orders

We require that existing customers place Autumn/Winter trade orders by Mid-August for accounts to be retained in an area.
Reductions made to confirmed orders maybe subject to a 10% handling fee if we have already started production.
Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once the items have gone into production.
Bespoke colour options and styles are subject to minimums and a 5% production charge.

Payments

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS payment to our bank account (details supplied on invoices).

VAT

Damage, Shortfall and Refunds.

Notification of damage or shortfall goods is required within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds are only given on items that are faulty and we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

Export orders

Payment must be made on a pro forma basis by credit/debit card or BACS payment to our bank account (details supplied on invoices).
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes in their country. If delivery is refused, the carriage and return fees incurred will be charged to the customer.

All goods remain the property of Helen Moore until paid for in full.
