Online Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in stocking Helen Moore online. We are passionate about our brand and dedicated to its continued success. Once your website has been approved we ask that all partners adhere to the following online guidelines:

• We ask that you use our photography to represent our products, if you wish to use your own it will need to be approved by us. If you use our images you must also use our brand name, Helen Moore.
• Product and lifestyle photography is available to download from our trade website. Helen Moore photography is not to be taken from anywhere other than our online gallery.
• Helen Moore must be written either in all caps (HELEN MOORE) or with capitals at the start of each word (Helen Moore). Only the logo should be all lowercase. Our logo is also available for download from the gallery.
• We ask that you do not copy any of our descriptions in part or in full. Using unique text on your site will improve your search engine ranking, while copying existing text will have a detrimental effect on both of our sites.
• You may only display and sell items that you hold in stock and note that we do not offer a drop shipping service. 
• You may only sell Helen Moore products on the domain name given in your application and may not sell them on any other site, unless approved by us in writing. You may not sell Helen Moore products on third party websites including, but not limited to, eBay and Amazon or through any other affiliate links.
• You may only display and sell items that you hold in stock and note that we do not offer a drop-shipping service. 

We will expect to review our agreement every year to ensure that it is still working for both parties.
